Class Duration Policy

Each class session lasts 55 minutes. This allows our teachers a short break between classes to rest, prepare, and attend to personal needs before their next lesson.

If you have not arrived to class within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time and have not contacted us to let us know you will be late, the class will be considered canceled.

Cancellation policies:

Online flexible

The cancellation time for online classes will require a minimum 6 hours notice. This is due to the availability of the teachers and the preparation required for the class. If you send a cancellation message at least 6 hours in advance to any of our coordination contacts: whatsapp or email, the class can be rescheduled.

In-person flexible

For in- person classes, you must inform at least 7 hours before the class, considering the travel time required for the teachers and the disposition of the spaces

Intensive courses

For intensive courses group or private, rescheduling of classes is not allowed due to their intensive nature.

Change of Teacher

In the event of any external or unforeseen circumstances where the teacher who typically instructs the student cannot attend classes, the school has the authority to assign a new teacher to continue the educational process.

Special Cases:

Any case that the student believes should be taken into consideration, which is not covered by these policies (such as illness, emergency, force majeure, or immigration matters), the student must send an email to [email protected]. This allows the administration to review and discuss the case, providing a response to the student within 5 business days.

Validity of flexible classes

All flexible class packages will have a maximum duration of six months. After six months, these hours cannot be used.

Refund Policy

At Mr. Fox Spanish School, students requesting a refund for personal reasons have the option to attend their remaining in-person private classes online. Students taking in-person group classes are eligible to take half of their remaining group classes in a private online format. This allows flexibility for students who may need to leave the country due to a change in plans, emergency, or any other personal conflicts that may come up. If a refund is still desired, students are eligible to receive 50% of the value for any unused classes.
