Español C1: Advanced Spanish for Work and Study
Español C1 is the highest level of our Spanish program. You already speak with ease; C1 polishes how you sound and how you write, so you can use Spanish in professional, academic and social settings without holding back.

- Understand long, demanding texts and pick up meaning that is only implied.
- Express yourself fluently and spontaneously, without searching for words.
- Use Spanish with confidence in meetings, presentations and university classes.
- Write clear, well-structured texts on complex subjects, with correct accents and punctuation.
- Recognize the main Colombian accents and adjust your own pronunciation and intonation.
The course reviews the indicative, the subjunctive and the imperative at an advanced level, then turns to pronunciation, intonation, written accents, diphthongs and hiatus, punctuation, ambiguity, Colombian accents and the passive voice. One unit is dedicated to the culture behind the language.
