Do you grant university degrees or diplomas?

No. As an ETDH institution we issue official certificates of completion for each registered level (A1 → C1) — not university degrees. No language school in our category does.

Where is your licensed campus?

Our licensed campus is in Pereira (Carrera 11B #1A-40, La Rebeca), the home base of our academic operation. Classes are also taught at our Medellín location in Laureles (Carrera 76 #41-07) and live online with the same teachers and method.

Q: Is Mister Fox Spanish School officially licensed in Colombia?

Yes. Our operating licence was granted by Resolution 6784 of 2022, and our Spanish program (A1–C1, CEFR-aligned) is registered by Resolution 005093 of July 23, 2024 — both issued by the Secretaría de Educación Municipal de Pereira. Licensed programs are recorded in SIET, the Ministry of Education’s public information system.

Mister Fox Spanish School is a government-licensed ETDH institution in Colombia — which is exactly why our acceptance letters work for your student visa.

Anyone can claim to be a “school”. Very few language schools in Colombia hold a real government licence — and for a student visa, that difference is everything. Here is exactly what our accreditation means, in plain English.

What “licensed school” actually means in Colombia

In Colombia, institutions that provide job-oriented and personal-development education are regulated as ETDH institutions (Educación para el Trabajo y el Desarrollo Humano). To operate legally, a school needs two separate government acts: an operating licence for the institution itself, and an official registration for each program it teaches.

Mister Fox Spanish School holds both. Our operating licence was granted by Resolution 6784 of September 19, 2022, and our Spanish program (levels A1 to C1, aligned with the CEFR framework) is registered by Resolution 005093 of July 23, 2024 — both issued by the Secretaría de Educación Municipal de Pereira, the local education authority that supervises us.
